About this coloring page
A tall striped sail rises from the back of this grinning spinosaurus as it stands in a patch of grass. Each stripe of the sail is a separate section, a fun medium-level pattern to fill.
Picture this spinosaurus standing at the edge of a wide river. Who are its neighbors on the bank, what does it spot in the water, and where does it rest at night? Make up a tale together as you color. The grass patches are small and spiky, so a pencil helps there, while the body and sail give medium-sized spaces.
Fun factSpinosaurus had a tall sail on its back and ate a lot of fish.
- Color ideaAlternate red and orange in the sail stripes to make it look like a fan.
- After coloringDraw a few fish in a river beside the spinosaurus for its lunch.
