About this coloring page
Holding a balloon string in one tiny hand, this baby T-Rex is clearly off to a party. The bumps along its head and back add a little detail to a page that stays medium in difficulty.
Some scientists think baby tyrannosaurs may have been covered in soft, fuzzy fluff. Try coloring this baby's back with short, light strokes to give it a fluffy look. Then plan a pretend dinosaur party together: who is invited, what games will they play, and what snack would a little T-Rex want?
Fun factTyrannosaurus rex lived near the end of the age of dinosaurs, about 66 million years ago.
- Color ideaPick a bold red balloon and a lime green T-Rex so the two colors pop against each other.
- After coloringDraw more balloons on the page and color each one differently.
