About this coloring page
Settled on a tasseled cushion, a princess is lost in a good book. Her curls, gown and the cushion tassels make this a detailed, cozy page.
Books can take us anywhere. What kind of story is this princess reading, an adventure, a funny tale, or a book about animals, and which kind does your child love most? The cushion's tassels are small and fiddly, so leave them for older hands, while younger kids color the big puffy skirt and the open book.
Fun factReading together every day helps children learn many new words.
- Color ideaColor the cushion deep purple with gold tassels and the book cover red.
- After coloringPick a favorite book and read one page out loud to someone.
