About this coloring page
Curling its wiggly arms around a round, smiling O, an octopus looks ready for a hug. All those curly arms make it one of the more detailed letter pages.
The capital O is a circle, so go on an O hunt around the house: plates, clocks, buttons, and the top of a cup. Octopus begins with a short O, while ocean starts with an O that says its own name. The octopus's curly arms are a fun challenge for older kids who like to color slowly.
Fun factAn octopus has eight arms and three hearts.
- Color ideaColor the octopus purple with pink suckers and the O a sunny yellow.
- After coloringCount the octopus arms you can see.
