Gullu
6 pages from 4 Gullu lands
Butterfly Coloring Pages for Kids
These butterfly coloring pages gather the butterflies from Gullu’s lands. In the Bugs land a smiling butterfly spreads four wide wings, each with a big round spot, and a second butterfly with patterned wings lands softly on a daisy. A curious kitten in the grass lifts a paw toward a fluttering butterfly, and a playful lion cub crouches to reach for one. A fairy flutters on butterfly wings with a star wand raised high. A cheerful caterpillar inching along a leaf is here too, because caterpillars grow up to be butterflies. The Butterfly, Kitten and Butterfly, and Fairy with Wand pages are free to print here; the rest are colored in the Gullu app.

Ideas for home and the classroom
- Color both wings of the butterfly to match, and talk about how one side mirrors the other.
- Use the caterpillar and butterfly pages to tell how a caterpillar grows into a butterfly.
- Look for real butterflies and flowers outside, then copy their colors onto the daisy page.
Butterflies coloring pages: questions
Which butterfly coloring pages are free to print?
Three are free to print for personal, home and classroom use: Butterfly, Kitten and Butterfly, and Fairy with Wand. All three are in the free 44-page PDF. The other pages are colored in the Gullu app.
Are these butterfly pages good for toddlers?
None are in the easy group. The smiling butterfly, the kitten, the lion cub and the caterpillar are medium, with roomy wings and bodies to fill. The butterfly on a daisy and the fairy have many small spaces, so they suit kids of 5 and up.
Is there a caterpillar coloring page too?
Yes. A cheerful caterpillar inches along a leaf, and its round body segments are fun to color in a pattern. Pair it with the butterfly page to show how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly.
