About this coloring page
Staying dry under an open umbrella, this unicorn smiles at the rainy day around it. The umbrella panels, long mane and curly tail add plenty of detail to fill.
On a rainy day, listen together for the sounds rain makes: pitter-patter on a window, drumming on an umbrella, splashing in puddles. Which rain sound does your child like best? The umbrella handle curves down beside the unicorn, so trace it before coloring. The panels are roomy for crayons, and the mane gives older kids smaller spaces to fill.
- Color ideaMake each umbrella panel a different color and draw blue raindrops all around.
- ImagineImagine it rains something other than water: what falls on the umbrella?
